India Caroll

India Carroll is a Texas criminal defense attorney serving clients throughout Tarrant County and Dallas County and North Texas. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law, graduating summa cum laude. During law school, India gained hands-on experience in Dallas criminal courts through internships with the Dallas County Public Defender’s Office and Judge Nancy Mulder of Dallas County Criminal District Court No. 6. 

India developed strong advocacy skills through extensive courtroom and appellate training. She competed in four moot court competitions at both the national and international levels, sharpening her abilities in legal research, appellate advocacy, and oral argument—skills that directly translate to effective criminal defense representation in Dallas and surrounding counties. 

India was recently admitted to the State Bar of Texas after earning a 99th-percentile score on the Uniform Bar Exam, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in Texas criminal law, constitutional law, and criminal procedure. 

Her commitment to criminal defense and civil rights began during her undergraduate studies in Sociology at The University of Texas, where she developed a deep interest in how the criminal justice system impacts individuals and communities across North Texas. India is particularly interested in criminal appeals, post-conviction relief, and protecting the constitutional rights of clients charged with crimes in Tarrant County, Wise County, Johnson County, Denton County, Collin County, and Dallas County courts. 

India is proud to begin her legal career at Pantheon Legal Group, a Dallas-Fort Worth-based criminal defense law firm representing clients in Dallas County, Collin County, Denton County, and surrounding North Texas jurisdictions. She works alongside a team of experienced Texas criminal defense attorneys committed to strategic advocacy and personalized client representation. 

Outside of work, India enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, along with her two cats.
